Mmmm. Oh how I love Malabrigo, this time lace weight. The color has depth and it is gorgeous, besides the fact that Olive is one of my favorite colors at the moment. I had planned on using this for Clapotis, I really wanted more of a drape than the original pattern has. But when I researched it on Ravelry it seems the yarn sticks when you pull the rows, so the Swallowtail will be the pattern of choice. First I need to get some Christmas knitting finished then I can work on my shawl.
Some STR Medium weight in Carbon is on it's way, I bought that on Ravelry. I am so excited to try out the Socks That Rock, if it's as good as it sounds I may drive up for their barn sale. It's just in Scappose, I have landed at the airport about a gazillion times. Also there is a package from Knit Picks on the way!! Books, dye, and some bare sock yarn, the one with silk. ooooooh.
