Malabrigo from Heaven

Praise the lord my Malabrigo Silky has come, it truly is from Heaven. The colorway is spectacular. This is the first time my expectations have been exceeded when ordering yarn online. It may sound a little crazy, but if you love yarn as much as I do you will understand where I am coming from. Tonight I will start "Liesel" a lace scarf I found on Knitty. I am so thankful for the yarn swift my sweet German built me.

This afternoon was fun playing with the neighbor kids, it was one of those perfect fall days. Fall is right up there with yarn, newborn babies, pears, and proscuitto. Not necessarily in that order. The Rogue Valley has got to be one of the best places to be for my favorite season. The grower's Market is overflowing with fresh Apple cider, pears, and lovely homemade treats. My friend Jo is selling some beautiful handspun yarn there, dyed naturally with Lichen.

TTFN, kiddies are asleep, time to knit.
